Silver Coast Retreat is a contemporary beachside villa located in Foz do Arelho, thoughtfully designed by Lisbon-based interior designer Clint Lewis for a private international family. This holiday home was created as a relaxed yet elegant escape, where comfort meets modern coastal living. The design features clean architectural lines, timeless finishes, and a soft, neutral palette that invites rest and ease. A subtle use of blue runs throughout the villa, thoughtfully chosen to echo the deep blue of the nearby Atlantic and create a quiet visual continuity. Key highlights include a striking custom TV unit with vertical slat detailing in light grey and warm blond woods, oversized contemporary artworks, and a generous enclosed patio designed for outdoor living — complete with dining and lounge zones and a beautifully lit feature plant wall. Outdoor furnishings were carefully selected for their durability and comfort, suited to Portugal’s sun-drenched climate. The result is a seaside retreat that balances beauty and function, offering a calm, effortless space where memories can be made and holidays truly enjoyed.
