Project – Cascais Villa

Cascais Villa is a refined family home situated on Portugal’s coast, designed by Clint Lewis for international clients relocating to begin a new chapter. From the early construction phases, Clint Lewis Designs collaborated with the project team on everything from lighting and plumbing layouts to flooring, wall finishes, and custom cabinetry. The design brief called for an elegant yet highly functional family home — one that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living, with generous seating areas for family gatherings and entertaining. The result strikes a perfect balance between the husband’s preference for modern minimalism and the wife’s inclination toward timeless, classical detail. Signature features include a custom Italian pool table, a sculptural armchair in metallic leather, and a crystal chandelier above the dining table. Every element was curated for quality and comfort, supporting a lifestyle centered on connection, warmth, and understated luxury in one of Lisbon’s most desirable coastal areas.
