Project – Alcantara Family Penthouse

Alcântara Family Penthouse is a thoughtfully designed apartment in Lisbon, created for an international couple and their two young children as they settled into their new life in Portugal. Clint Lewis Designs became involved in the early construction phase, offering guidance on finish selections — including kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, and custom cabinetry — to ensure the space aligned with the family’s lifestyle. The result is an elegant, modern home that feels functional and adaptable for the realities of a young, growing family. Intelligent storage solutions are seamlessly integrated into the common areas, helping maintain a sense of calm and order. Key design features include a custom TV with ample storage and focal point for display of objets, a generous, family-sized sofa in the TV lounge, comfortable curved dining chairs with minimalist line pendant above, and the strategic use of large mirrors and oversized artwork to amplify space and light. A palette of neutral tones is elevated by accents of black and gold, creating a refined yet liveable atmosphere. This Lisbon penthouse balances beauty and practicality, tailored for dynamic family life.
